Our leadership team acknowledges the authority of God and realizes that we serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and the ministry of the Lord Jesus. Our passion is to see the hurting healed and our goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until the great day of Christ’s return.
As a pastor/church planter, Bernard (a.k.a. Theo) has a passion for seeing others healed and restored. A prophetic teacher/preacher, Pastor Kiner is passionate about reaching the lost and empowering the believer through the Word of God. Now in his 25th year of ministry, He was the founder of, "In the Sanctuary" television and radio broadcasts heard weekly throughout the Western New York area. He has shared the Word of God in various facets ranging from conferences to prison ministry, teaching the Word of deliverance throughout NY, NJ, FL, and TX. He is the co-founder of Lord of the Breakthrough Ministries (L.O.T.B.M.), answering the call to apostolic leadership, and planting churches that demonstrate the power of Jesus Christ. He is a devoted husband and father; currently completing his doctorate in Pastoral Counseling at Liberty University. Pastor Kiner is also the Founder and Director of The Genesis Group, the Mental Health Ministry of Breaking Walls Church.
Wife, mother, and entrepreneur, Chanta serves alongside her husband as co-pastor/ co-founder of Breaking Walls Church and L.O.T.B.M. She currently oversees both the women's and youth ministries. Still, she has co-partnered with her husband in the development of the entire ministry. She shares the passion of seeing the people of God walking in the fullness of their potential. Although she is known for her humility and loving nature, Pastor Chanta is a spirited prayer warrior who believes in the power of intercessory prayer. An anointed psalmist and speaker in her own right, Chanta (affectionately known as Buffy) has been used mightily by the Holy Spirit in the ministry of song, leading many into the presence of God. However, in this season of her life, God has anointed her to boldly proclaim His word of deliverance, ministering the Word of God and utilizing her gifting in the prophetic. Along with her many responsibilities, she is a loving wife and mother.
